Ruby and Diamond Ring
Ring with ruby and diamonds in 18-carat yellow gold (750). At the centre is an oval-cut ruby, surrounded by a halo of diamonds totalling 0.50 ct. Size 13, weight 4.30 g.
The ruby is enclosed by a gold rim and the diamonds follow the oval outline of the setting, which sits low on the finger. In the photos it is worn on the finger, both on its own and with other rings, and in both cases the colour of the stone stands out against the warm tone of the metal. It can be worn every day as a distinctive ring and also works well for an elegant evening. Its style makes it suitable for both the women's and men's selections.
