Shipping policy

1. Delivery areas
We ship to Italy (including islands), the European Union, non-EU Europe, the USA and Canada and the rest of the world via DHL express courier. Free home delivery and free boutique collection are also available in Catania and nearby municipalities, at Via Vittorio Emanuele II 293 in Catania, during opening hours.
2. Shipping costs
- Italy: €18.40 (DHL Express 24/48h), free for orders of €1,000.00 or more.
- European Union: €37.60, reduced by 20% (€30.08) for orders of €1,000.00 or more.
- Non-EU Europe: €47.20, reduced by 20% (€37.76) for orders of €1,000.00 or more.
- USA and Canada: €55.20, reduced by 20% (€44.16) for orders of €1,000.00 or more.
- Rest of the world: €72.00, reduced by 20% (€57.60) for orders of €1,000.00 or more.
Free shipping over €1,000.00 is valid exclusively for deliveries within Italy. For shipments to non-EU countries, any duties, taxes and customs charges applied in the destination country are borne by the recipient.
3. Delivery times
Orders are generally prepared within 1-2 working days and delivered by express courier within 24/48 hours in Italy and 2-5 working days from dispatch for international destinations. Times may vary during peak periods, due to customs procedures or circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
4. Tracking and insurance
Every shipment is tracked and insured. When the order is dispatched, the Customer receives the tracking number by email.
5. Delivery and inspection
Upon delivery, the Customer should check that the parcel is intact and matches the order. Any visible damage or tampering must be reported to the courier upon receipt and communicated to the Seller promptly.
