Refund policy

1. Withdrawal period

The consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without having to provide any reason, starting from the day on which they receive the goods.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Within this period, the Customer must communicate their decision with an explicit statement (email to larosagioielli@gmail.com) or by using the standard form provided below. It is sufficient to send the communication before the 14-day period expires.

3. Returning products

The Customer must return the goods within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal. Products must be returned intact, unused and unworn, complete with all original items (packaging, case, labels and, where applicable, certificate/warranty).

4. Return costs

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed. Tracked and insured shipping is recommended, given the nature of the products.

5. Refund

The Seller refunds all payments received (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of communication of the withdrawal, using the same payment method used by the Customer. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.

6. Exclusions

Under Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-measure goods (for example engravings, ring size alterations, jewellery made to order).
