Ruby and Diamond Cocktail Ring

Ruby and diamond cocktail ring in 18-carat yellow gold (750). The central oval-cut ruby is enclosed by a gold rim and surrounded by round diamonds arranged in two arcs, above and below the stone, totalling 0.50 ct. The band is double, with two contrasting grooved inserts at the sides of the setting that give structure to the design. Size 20, weight 7.30 g.

In the photos it is worn on the finger under side lighting that highlights the ruby, either on its own or beside an eternity ring and another yellow gold ring. It is a statement ring to wear in the evening or on a special occasion, and size 20 makes it suitable for either a woman or a man.
